This privacy policy applies to the website menikmati.nl and the order form on it.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

Menikmati is a trade name of YLP, a sole proprietorship based in Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 89626532. If you have any questions about this privacy policy or your data, please get in touch via the contact details on menikmati.nl.

2. What data do we collect, and why?

Menikmati only collects personal data when you fill out the order form on our website. Outside of placing an order, we don't collect any data about you.

When you place an order, we ask for:

- your name;

- your email address;

- your phone number;

- your order (product and quantity);

- a delivery or event address, if relevant to your order.

We use this data solely to process your order: to confirm what you've ordered, to contact you if anything needs to be discussed (for example about allergens, pickup, delivery, or an event), and to deliver your order correctly. We don't use your data for marketing, a newsletter, or anything else, and we don't sell or share it with other parties for commercial purposes.

The legal basis for this is the performance of the contract that arises once you place an order (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Sharing with third parties

We don't share your data with third parties, except:

- where necessary to fulfil your order (for example, a delivery partner, if your order is delivered);

- Squarespace, the platform we use to build and host our website, on which the order form also runs. Squarespace processes the data you submit on our behalf as a data processor;

- where we are legally required to do so.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your order, and after that for as long as the law requires — for example, the 7-year statutory retention period for data that forms part of our financial records. Data that isn't subject to a statutory retention period is deleted once it's no longer needed.

5. Cookies

We don't place any tracking or analytics cookies of our own (such as Google Analytics or an advertising pixel). Our website runs on Squarespace, which, as part of its standard service, may place its own (functional and analytics) cookies to make the site work and to give us basic visitor statistics. 6. Security

Menikmati takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to its use. To exercise any of these rights, please get in touch via the contact details on menikmati.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time, for example if our website or ordering process changes. The most current version is always available at menikmati.nl.
